Abstract: In previous report, we used some new materials for growing the Chinese mushroom. Among them, a mixture of sugarcane rubbish and wheat bran could increase the productivity. In order to understand the physiological and environmental changes during the Chinese mushroom growth, investigation was made on the changes of bed temperature, pH value, concentration of carbon dioxide, water content, and productivity during the growth period.
