Volume 8 Part 1 Article 74
Year 1972
Title: Critical Observations of Mushroom Virus Problems in the United Kingdom
Author: G.W. Ganney

Abstract:

Virus is distributed throughout the country occurring on old and new farms alike. Outbreaks of virus often occur simultaneously on farms that are in close proximity. Often one farm in a group maintains a level of virus throughout the year, while the others gain control. Reoccurrence is seen on many farms suggesting that their systems of hygiene are not good enough or unknown factors concerning the epidemiology may be nullifying recommended control measures.
