Title: Cloning and Sequencing of Gene 028-1 Related to the Thermotolerance of Agaricus bisporus

Abstract:

Based on the cDNA sequence data of the gene fragment 028-1₄₀₀ related to the thermotolerance of Agaricus bisporus, a gene special primer was designed and synthesised, and the 5’-end cDNA fragment 028-1₁₂₀₀ of the gene was obtained by using the technique of rapid amplification of cDNA ends (RACE). The full-length cDNA sequence of the gene was obtained by polymerase chain reaction amplification with the templates of the above two DNA fragments, and was cloned, identified, sequenced and analysed. The sequence had a size of 1.37 kb, and no obvious homological sequence was found in GenBank. The GenBank accession number of the 028-1 sequence was DQ235473.
