Abstract:

Two industrial Agaricus bisporus Spanish strains were characterized by cell-wall polysaccharidic analysis, isozyme pattems, nuclear and mitochondrial RFLPs. They differed by the types of linkages in the inner polysaccharidic fractions, the acetate esterases pattems and RFLP of mitochondrial and nuclear DNA pattems.
