Abstract: Ten stocks of Lyophyllum decastes were cultured on PDA medium in order to obtain a stock whose mycelial growth is good. Mycelial growth of NLD-003 was the best of all. NLD-003 was cultivated on five different substrates to compare their cultivation term and yield of fruit body. The substrate for best yield was composed of stone dust, chaffs and maize bran (volume rate of 5:5:2). It's average yield was 117g/jar and the cultivation term was 99 days. The substrate for the shortest cultivation term was composed of stone dust, chaffs, rice bran and used coffee grounds (volume rate of 5:3:2:2). It's average yield was 96 g/jar and cultivation term was 92 days.
