Acta Horticulturae
A series of scientific - technical publications, mainly devoted to the
proceedings of the ISHS Symposia and the ISHS International Horticultural
Congress covering the whole range of horticultural sciences. Since 1964 Acta
Horticulturae has grown into one of the leading series in horticultural
science with tens of thousands of researchers all over the world using this
resource to stay in touch with advances in their profession. Acta
Horticulturae volumes available in both electronic format (ActaHort CD-rom)
and hardcopy as well as pay-per-view article downloads. Acta Horticulturae
is indexed in all major databases including AGRICOLA and CABabstracts and is
the flagship serial publication of the International Society for
Horticultural Science.
The Journal of Horticultural Science and Biotechnology
This Journal exists to publish results of research on fruit and other
perennial crops, vegetables and ornamentals in commercial, amenity and/or
recreational horticulture. Papers are welcomed from both temperate and
tropical countries describing original investigations of interest to those
engaged in scientific research and the practice of horticulture.

Wiley & Sons, Inc. The series of articles written by world authorities
presents state-of-the-art reviews on plant breeding and genetics covering
horticultural, agronomic and forestry crops and covers both traditional
and molecular methods. The series is indispensible for scientists, crop
breeders, and teachers involved in crop improvement and
genetic resources. One or two volumes appear per year. All back issues are
made available online by ISHS is a result of a special agreement with
John Wiley & Sons, Inc; there is a two year delay for volumes to appear
online in PubHort.
Horticultural Reviews
Horticultural Reviews,
is an annual reviews series edited by Jules Janick
and now published by John Wiley & Sons, Inc. The series presents
state-of-the-art reviews on topics in horticulture and the horticultural
sciences covering both basic and applied research. One or two volumes appear
per year. These review articles written by world authorities, perform the
valuable function of collecting, comparing, and contrasting the primary
journal literature in order to form an overview of the topic. This detailed
analysis bridges the gap between the specialized researcher and the broader
community of horticultural scientists and teachers. All back issues are
made available online by ISHS is a result of a special agreement with

Scripta Horticulturae
Scripta Horticulturae is a new series published by International Society for
Horticultural Sciences. Scripta Horticulturae is devoted to specific
horticultural issues such as position papers, crop or technology monographs
and special workshops or conferences.
Date Palm Conferences
Proceedings of the First and Second International Conference on Date Palms,
Al-Ain, United Arab Emirates, 1998 and 2001 respectively (courtesy of UAE
University). Proceedings of the Third International Conference on Date Palms
will be published in the series Acta Horticulturae.
